Thank you, voters!

Thank you St. Louis Park voters for your support of the school district referendum in the Aug. 11 Primary Election. With all 15 precincts reporting, the question passed with 66.63%. 

This means that the district will now be able to address urgent facility needs, which includes replacing 70-year-old boilers at the middle and high school and updates to safety, technology and other critical systems across our schools.

We are thankful to our community for supporting the future of St. Louis Park Public Schools and for investing in our students, staff and community. We continue to serve as a place of belonging for each of our students.

We know not everyone voted the same way, and we will continue to collaborate and communicate as we move forward.

Results will be final after the school board meeting on Aug. 15 when the Board votes to canvass the results. Additional information about the bond referendum projects and timeline for completion will be shared in the coming weeks.
